This afternoon P4-7 made pancakes with Mrs Parkinson.
This is the recipe that they followed:
4 cups of flour
3 cups of milk
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
The pupils mixed these ingredients in a big bowl and then cooked them on the griddle.
The then added some some lovely toppings.
