On Tuesday afternoon P4/5 will be visiting The New Dawn Bookshop to speak to manager and friend of the school Elaine McKenzie-Smith. Elaine is going to speak to the children about how they sell books in the shop and give them some advise about how they can promote their own book. Pupils can bring money to buy books, stationery or food from the shop.
On Wednesday afternoon local graphic designer Colin Campbell will be visiting the class to talk to them about books designs, front covers, illustrations, advertising and much more.
